C-A-R-P-E-T-!-!-!-!-!

Finally, our "we really didn't want to have to do this" home improvements are FINISHED (well... except for the fluorescent light in the kitchen that was flooded w/ the last leak and no longer work.. but that's another story..)

Last week we had our drywall holes professionally repaired, painted the master, and moved the furniture out of my office in preparation.  Yesterday, the carpet installer finished the master, master closets, and got the padding laid in the hallway, office, and stairs.  Then he came back today to finish the rest.

Yesterday was nice, coming home to the finished master and seeing the carpet looks so nice with the paint color that we (I) chose.

But, today, walking in, and seeing the new carpet up the stairs was awesome!  I took Sophie upstairs with me to see the finished product through out, and she went CRAZY - apparently she liked it as well.  She did her crazy run from room to room and repeated it over and over and over.
